SCRIPT


(First takes small shots showing the deterioration of Camilo due to his addictions.
The movie starts at the end)

First scene:

Camilo: I'm going out again, I have things to do

Natalia: Once again, you do not realize how much damage you are doing to us, we've already lost our parents,

I do not want to lose you too (goes to sleep)
(Camilo leaves the house without letting Natalia finish talking)

(In the morning Camilo arrives very drunk from the casino)
Camilo: We’re homeless (he loses consciousness)

Natalia: same as always
(Natalia stares at him and zooms in Camilo's head and begins to remember what happened that night)

Second scene:

Nicolás: Ready for tonight?

Camilo :( smiles and enters the bar) (shakes hands)
(A scene is shown between Nicolás and Sergio talking about the plan)

Sergio: Is everything ready?

Nicolás: Today is the day (they smile)
(It shows Camilo, Nicolás and Sergio arriving at the betting table, they reach the last round and Camilo has a good hand, he’s so drunk he thinks he will win, but  Sergio and Nicolás already know that they have 21 and that they will win because the game is settled)

Sergio: I will bet my house. Who’s in?

Camilo: (Gets excited) Im in!
(They turn their cards after Camilo, and they win)

Sergio: (smiles satisfactory) good game

Camilo: (is in shock)


Third scene:

(Nicolás and Sergio talking and laughing at what happened the night before, how they stole the money and the house)
Sergio: He fell so easily into that one, thought it would take us more to convince him into giving up his house

Nicolas: Beginner..

Sergio: You think he will come back? A little extra money wouldn’t be bad for us.. plus it will be easy to fool him again..

What do you say?

Nicolas: you’ll see, i will make him an offer he won’t be able to say no to.
(Nicolas and Sergio make a toast)

Sergio: that’s good, but do you think he has any money left? I think by this point he’s so broke, he lost everything in all the games
(They both laughs)

Fourth scene:


(Camilo and Natalia are in the room on the street)
Natalia: How could you do this to us?

Camilo: Don’t be so overacted in this, we’ll recover everything

Natalia: I really can’t believe it.. it was already  bad, but this is other level, I wish I wasn’t your sister

Camilo: You’re always like this, complaining about everything i say and do, you should be grateful you have me,

you would be nobody in this world without me

Natalia: You really don’t realize that you don’t only ruin your life but also mine.. You have an addiction and with the time

it’s only getting worst. I trully hope you’ll recover, but dont count with me on that, im done with you. (Cries) (Camilo stands ups and leave)


Fifth scene:

(Camilo is walking on a bridge alone, thinking about how bad his life is now.. he looks down, is it really worth it to continue living? Would anybody miss him? )
(Carlos and Valeria are suddenly walking down the same street, holding hands)
Carlos: Babe! You see that?


Valeria: Yes! Is that man about to committe suicide?

Carlos: Run!! We have to do something!
(Carlos grabs him and puts him down the bridge while Valeria looks for his ID or something to identify him)

Valeria: What do we do now?

Carlos: i dont know..

Valeria: Should I call the police? An ambulance?

Carlos: Babe.. remember when i was like that..
(They arrive home and put him to sleep on a bed, they give him water and food)
(Next day he wakes up, sober)
Camilo: Where am I?

Valeria: Don’t worry you’re safe, we found you last night in bad terms.. do you want to talk about it? Are you okay?

We want to help you
( scenes of the fight are shown)

Carlos: Dont worry i’ll go find your sister, you stay here
Sixth scene:

(Carlos and Valeria enters the house holding hands and hey sit in front of Camilo and Natalia)

Valeria: We have something important to tell you
Carlos: Im going to tell you a a story, when i was your age, although it is hard to believe i had an
addiction
Camilo: How did you fixed it?
